Amendment and Restatement Deed definition

Amendment and Restatement Deed means an Amendment and Restatement Deed amending and restating the Original Facility Agreement and dated on or around the date of the First Effective Date, and made between (amongst others), the Borrower, the Agent, the Arranger, the Original Lender and the Guarantors.
Amendment and Restatement Deed means the deed of amendment and restatement dated April 2013 and made between (1) the Borrower, (2) the Sponsor as original guarantor, (3) the Lenders, (4) the Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, (5) the Swap Providers, (6) the Agent and (7) the Security Trustee setting out the terms and conditions upon which (amongst other things) the Lenders consented to the change of ownership of the Borrower and this Agreement was amended and restated;
Amendment and Restatement Deed means the amendment and restatement deed (note deed poll) dated 23 January 2014 made by the Issuers.
