Allied Agencies definition

Allied Agencies means the primary agencies served by the EOC. Allied Agencies include Albany County and the City of Laramie. Federal, State and Local Partners may apply for alliance to the EOC and if the applicant agrees to pay a proportionate share of EOC costs and expenses, the County and City may agree to approve their alliance.
Allied Agencies means all those agencies in which the Peace Officer or the Enforcement Services Unit is required to work with or liaise with. They include Police Services, RCMP, Provincial Peace Officers, Sheriffs, and Municipal Peace Officers in other jurisdictions, Provincial Ministries, Alberta Emergency Management Agency, Corporate Health and Safety, Corporate Emergency Response Teams, Corporate Security Teams;
Allied Agencies means the primary agencies served by the Center. Currently Allied Agencies include the Albany County Sheriff’s Office, the Laramie Police Department, the Laramie Fire Department, and any other City or County agencies currently using Center services. If agreed by the County and City, and upon agreement to pay a proportionate share of Center costs and expenses, other agencies may become Allied Agencies.

  • This mechanism shall help avoid Service duplication and promote access to a range and intensity of Service options that Provide individualized, Medically Appropriate care in the least restrictive Treatment Setting (clinic, home, school, community based care Settings licensed by Allied Agencies).

  • If this MOU is terminated or judicially declared invalid, then all EOC property, including property purchased with E-911 money or additional grant funding will be divided by the Allied Agencies in an amount in proportion to the relative contribution of the Allied Agencies based upon an average of their relative contributions.

  • Any new items purchased solely by the Allied Agencies for EOC operation remain the property of the agency which purchased them.

  • Stakeholders may include, but are not limited to, OHP Members, Consumers, Families, Allied Agencies, child psychiatrists, child advocates, advocacy groups, and other groups.

  • Only Providers, Prepaid Health Plans, Clinics or Allied Agencies with a currently valid Contract with OR-DHS may register as a Trading Partner.

  • If SUASI funds are not available the County shall have no obligation whatsoever to pay the Allied Agencies.

  • The County will utilize SUASI and only SUASI funds to reimburse Allied Agencies from Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara Couxxx, City of Palo Alto, City of San Jose and Xxxx of Oakland, who shall assign to NCRIC Fusion Center, Public Safety employees to serve in the following positions, and NCHIDTA/NCRTTAC shall reimburse County for the full cost of salaries, benefits and expenses of said employees as specified below.

  • Designated agency means a contractual relationship

  • Lead Agency means the agency facilitating the procurement and establishing the Contract.

  • Home health agency means a person certified by medicare whose business is to provide to individuals in their places of residence other than in a hospital, nursing home, or county medical care facility 1 or more of the following services: nursing services, therapeutic services, social work services, homemaker services, home health aide services, or other related services.

  • Inter-connected Agency means two or more companies having any of the following features:

  • Federal banking agencies means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision, the National Credit Union Administration, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
