All Other Disputes. Any other legal proceeding with respect to any Dispute that is not otherwise subject to arbitration, either because the agreement to arbitrate is found to be unenforceable, is found to be invalid, or is waived by the parties, shall be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois or the Circuit Court of Xxxx County, Illinois.   • Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;

  • Audit Firm means a legal person or any other entity, regardless of its legal form, that is approved in accordance with this Directive by the competent authorities of a Member State to carry out statutory audits;
