Examples of Agency Members in a sentence

  • You and your Representatives, Agency Members, have no right or license to use, publish, reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform, or display Company’s intellectual property.

  • You represent that your Agency Members have the authority to accept the Terms of Service on your behalf and to create a legally binding obligation on your behalf.

  • Agency Members acknowledge and agree that their Agency is solely responsible for paying them for work on behalf of the Agency and that such payments will not be made through the Site.

  • You agree to grant access to the Agency Account, including with respect to any Agency Members, only to Users authorized to act on your behalf and only in accordance with the Terms of Service.

  • The Agency further acknowledges and agrees that the Agency is responsible for paying its Agency Members.

  • Except as otherwise required by applicable law, only the User who registered the Agency Account and the Agency Account Administrators can add or remove Agency Members to or from the Agency Account.

Related to Agency Members

  • Participating Agencies means members of National Purchasing Partners for which Vendor has agreed to extend the terms of this Master Price Agreement pursuant to Article 2.6 and Attachment C herein. For purposes of cooperative procurement, “Participating Agency” shall be considered “Purchaser” under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Participating institution means an "institution" as defined in KRS 164.001 that actively participates in the federal Pell Grant program, executes a contract with the authority on terms the authority deems necessary or appropriate for the administration of its programs, and:

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Agency(ies) means any government regulatory authority or authorities in the world responsible for granting approval(s), clearance(s), qualification(s), license(s), or permit(s) for any aspect of the research, Development, manufacture, marketing, distribution, or sale of a Product. The term “Agency” includes, without limitation, the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”).

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • Participating agency means any LEA, agency or institution that collects, maintains, or uses personally identifiable information, or from which information is obtained, under Part B of the IDEA.

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Faculty Member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Agencies means the Department, the Agency for International Develop- ment (AID), the International Commu- nication Agency (USICA), the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), and the Foreign Commercial Service (FCS).

  • Judicial Council’s Master Account means the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • Stakeholders means the company’s employees, the employees of its subsidiaries, and other individuals, groups, communities or entities whose rights or interests are or could be affected by the products, services and operations of that company, its subsidiaries and its business relationships;

  • Managers means a Person who is named or designated as a manager or managing member or otherwise acts in the capacity of a manager or managing member of a limited liability company in a limited liability company agreement or similar instrument under which the limited liability company is formed or operated.

  • Municipal Political Party Committee means a committee organized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:5-2.

  • Municipal Securities means municipal securities as described under “The Fund’s Investments—Municipal Securities” in the Memorandum.

  • Department Chair means the chair of a department or the director of a centre or program.

  • Cooperating agency means any Federal agency other than a lead agency which has jurisdiction by law or special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved in a proposal (or a reasonable alternative) for legislation or other major Federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment. The selection and responsibilities of a cooperating agency are described in Sec. 1501.6. A State or local agency of similar qualifications or, when the effects are on a reservation, an Indian Tribe, may by agreement with the lead agency become a cooperating agency.

  • Participating Financial Institution means a financial institution participating in Interac e-Transfer Services, Online Payment Services, or Western Union Services, as the case may be.

  • Participating Dentist means any Dentist who, at the time of rendering a Covered Dental Service to the Member, has a written agreement with CareFirst BlueChoice or the Dental Plan for the rendering of such service.

  • Dealer Managers shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.

  • Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.

  • Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
