Project Board definition
Project Board means an advertisement displaying information with regard to the relevant contractor(s) and / or consultant(s) involved in the construction project and displayed on the construction site.

Any additional reporting requirement shall be at the discretion of the Project Board.
No action shall be taken in response to any such inquiry, complaint, claim or action, to the extent that such response would adversely affect the Project, without the prior approval of the Project Board (or its nominated representatives).

Project Board means the team responsible for the success of a project. The Project Board manages the constraints in which a project manager operates and represents all stakeholders in the Project.
