Health Department definition

Health Department means the department of environmental quality, a city health department, a county health department, or a district health department, whichever has jurisdiction.
Health Department means the State Board of Health as constituted in accordance with Ala. Code § 22-2-1 et seq., and includes the Committee of Public Health or State Health Officer when acting as the Board. The Health Department is not affiliated with the Jefferson County Commission.
Health Department means either the Department of Health or a local health department.
