Affiliated Tenant definition

Affiliated Tenant. When used with respect to any Person, any other Person which Controls, is Controlled by3 or is under common Control with such Person, provided the ultimate beneficial owner of such Person has assets under management valued to be substantially the same, or greater than the ultimate beneficial owner of such Person and cash reserves that are substantially the same, or greater than the ultimate beneficial owner of such Person.
Affiliated Tenant means any Tenant that is controlled, directly or indirectly, by Guarantor.
Affiliated Tenant means any Tenant in which Borrower, Operating Lessee, Operating Lessee Pledgor or Guarantor has, directly or indirectly, any legal, beneficial or economic interest.
