Affiliated business entity definition

Affiliated business entity means a company that is under the control of the contractor, is in control of the con- tractor, or is under common control with the contractor.
Affiliated business entity means a business entity in which the taxpayer, directly or indirectly, has more than fifty percent (50%) ownership interest or a business entity that, directly or indirectly, has more than fifty percent (50%) ownership interest in the taxpayer.
Affiliated business entity of a person means a corporation, partnership, joint venture or limited liability corporation that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, is under “common control” with the person specified. “Control” shall have the meaning set forth in Rule 405 under the Securities Act of 1933.
