Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise definition

Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means a business enterprise, including a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation that is:

Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means an entity that has been certified by the New York State Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development as a Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise.
Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means an Idaho Business Enterprise more than fifty percent (50%) of which is owned by women and/or persons who are members of a minority group. For purposes of this definition, minority group members are African/Black Americans, Hispanic-Americans, Asian-Americans, American Indians/Native Americans, American Eskimos and American Aleuts.
