Aerial Beauty Supply Business means the entire businesses and operations of Corporation as conducted on the date hereof, consistent with customary past practices, including, without limitation, the warehousing and sale, through Corporation’s stores and salespeople, of beauty supply products, small electrical appliances and equipment to beauty salons, xxxxxx shops, licensed hairdressers, barbers and beauticians, conducted in part out of 84 store locations located in 11 states (82 of which are currently active stores), as well as the Internet Business.
