Additional Customer definition

Additional Customer means a municipal water system or an investor-owned public utility which sells water for and consumption and which enters into a contract with Citizens after August 1, 1996 for the delivery of Lake Michigan Water through the Citizens Water Transmission System.
Additional Customer means those Customers set forth on Schedule A-1 and any Customer who becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to the Addendum to Master Custody Agreement attached hereto.
Additional Customer means any Customer who becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to the Addendum to Custody Agreement attached hereto.

More Definitions of Additional Customer

Additional Customer shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Eligible customer-generator means a customer-generator whose net energy metering system for renewable resources, cogeneration, fuel cells, and microturbines meets all applicable safety and performance standards.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.
