Active Compound Criteria definition

Active Compound Criteria means on a Sanofi Target-by-Sanofi Target basis, the criteria set forth in the applicable Target Plan for establishing whether a Library Compound is an Active Compound. These criteria may include [*].
Active Compound Criteria means (i) those criteria set forth in Exhibit 1.9.1 hereto, and (ii) such other criteria that are approved by the JRC and agreed in writing by the Parties in order for such compound to be deemed an Active Compound.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract.
