Acres Development definition

Acres Development means the development undertaken or to be undertaken on Farm Safariland, no. 1265, Paarl, situated in the Drakenstein Municipality, Administrative District Paarl, Western Cape Province;
Acres Development means the residential housing development at Erf 645 to 821, Pearl Valley Estate, Paarl, situated in the Drakenstein Municipality, Administrative District Paarl, Western Cape Province as set out in the General Plan (No 597/2020), attached hereto as Appendix 1;
