A Visitor definition

A Visitor s Parking Permit” shall mean a Visitor’s Parking Permit issued by Dublin City Council in accordance with the Dublin City Council Parking Control Bye Laws, 2007 or any revised Dublin City Council Parking Control Bye Laws made in accordance with Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 in respect of a street located within the restricted area.
