Parking Control. Parked cars may interfere with the work to be performed. Therefore Contractor shall post, maintain, and subsequently remove, temporary "Tow Away No Parking" signs along the streets work is to be performed no less than 24 hours prior to the start of said work. Contractor shall furnish signs per sample provided by County. Contractor shall fill in day and date for scheduled work. Contractor shall be responsible for replacing any signs which are damaged or removed in order to maintain notice to the public. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all temporary "Tow Away No Parking" signs upon completion of the work in posted area.

The City shall prohibit parking of vehicles on the city connecting link and on the acceleration and deceleration lanes of all connecting streets and highways and on additional portions of the connecting streets and highways as the Secretary may deem necessary to permit free flowing traffic throughout the length of the Project covered by this Agreement.
Parking Control. Parking is permitted only where legally designated. Parking on grass areas posted “No Parking” is prohibited. Lessee will assign as many members of their organization as necessary to manage and control parking.

The signs must be posted at least 2 working days in advance of the restriction and shall be the type of sign that states date and time of restriction. The sign shall be approved by the Authority and City prior to posting. The Contractor shall not nail any signs to trees. The signs shall be removed immediately after the need for the restriction has passed.
