2007 Budget definition

2007 Budget means the budget of the Company for fiscal year 2007 as approved by the Board of Directors on December 19, 2006, as updated by the first quarter forecast. An “Affiliate” of any Person means another Person that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such first Person, where “control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management policies of a Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, as trustee or executor or otherwise.
2007 Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.
2007 Budget means the budgets for each of the EPDM Business and the Rubber Chemicals Business for the year ending December 31, 2007 prepared by Chemtura and attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Examples of 2007 Budget in a sentence

  • In the 2007 Budget, the allocation is $85.5 million to the pension liability and $25.0 million for general purpose debt.

Related to 2007 Budget

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Discretionary Capital Expenditures.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • DIP Budget means a projected statement of sources and uses of cash for the Borrower and the Guarantors on a weekly basis for the following 13 calendar weeks. As used herein, “DIP Budget” shall initially refer to the initial 13-week projection delivered in accordance with Section 6.2 and thereafter shall refer to the most recent 13-week projection delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 9.1(c).

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Wind-Down Budget means a budget to be prepared by the Debtors, and reasonably acceptable to the Deerfield Requisite Supporting Noteholders, the Unaffiliated Requisite Supporting Noteholders, and the Committee, which shall be filed with the Court as part of the Plan Supplement, and which may be amended from time to time after entry of the Confirmation Order, subject to the consent of the Oversight Committee, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and which shall estimate the funds necessary to administer the Plan and wind down the Debtors’ affairs, including the costs of holding and liquidating the Estates’ remaining property, objecting to Claims, making the Distributions required by the Plan, prosecuting claims and Causes of Action that may be held by the Estates against third parties that are not released, waived or transferred pursuant to the Plan (including pursuant to Article X) or otherwise, paying Taxes, filing Tax returns, paying professionals’ fees and expenses, paying the fees and expenses of the Oversight Committee, funding payroll and other employee costs, providing for the purchase of errors and omissions insurance and/or other forms of indemnification for the Plan Administrator, and for all such items and other costs of administering the Plan, the Estates and the Liquidating Debtors (other than the Administrative and Priority Claims Reserve, the Disputed Claims Reserve, and the Professional Fee Reserve).

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

  • CAPEX means Capital Expenditure for the Project;

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the addition or improvement to the capital assets owned by any Group Member or for the acquisition of existing, or the construction of new, capital assets) if such expenditures are made to maintain, including over the long term, the operating capacity or revenues of the Partnership Group.
