Chemicals Business definition

Chemicals Business means the lines of business comprising P Chem and C Chem (as defined in the Contribution Agreement), other petrochemicals businesses and related businesses; provided, however, that Chemicals Business shall not include any specific businesses comprising Chevron Excluded Assets or Xxxxxxxx Excluded Assets (as defined in the Contribution Agreement).
Chemicals Business means Ashland’s specialty ingredients and performance materials businesses.
