2000 Notes definition

2000 Notes means, collectively, (a) the $21,000,000 8.68% Senior Notes, Series A, due August 1, 2006, (b) the $90,000,000 8.78% Senior Notes, Series B, due August 1, 2007 and (c) the $73,000,000 8.87% Senior Notes, Series C, due August 1, 2009, in each case issued by Lessee pursuant to the 2000 Note Purchase Agreement.
2000 Notes means the 8.67% First Mortgage Notes, Series A, due March 30, 2012 and the 8.72% First Mortgage Notes, Series B, due March 30, 2015, of the Obligors issued pursuant to the 2000 Note Agreement in an original aggregate principal amount of $27,500,000.
2000 Notes means the $220,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Company's 13% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2010 issued under the 2000 Notes Indenture.

2000 Notes means the Euro denominated 2.000 Percent Senior Notes due 2022 issued pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of May 27, 2015, by and between Xxxxxx Finance International, S.C.A., Xxxxxx International Industries, Incorporated, as guarantor, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as supplemented.
