ПРЕКРАЩЕНИЕ ДЕЙСТВИЯ СОГЛАШЕНИЯ. 8.1 Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time. In addition to Licensor 's right to terminate as detailed in Section 2.4, Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions, provided Licensor has given ten (10) days' notice prior to the proposed termination, during which time Licensee fails to cure the breach to Licensor's reasonable satisfaction. Upon termination, Licensor shall not provide any further license files to Licensee for the Software purchased under this Agreement. 8.1 Лицензиат вправе прекратить действие настоящего Соглашения в любое время. После прекращения действия Лицензиар более не предоставляет Лицензиату никаких лицензионных файлов для Программного обеспечения, приобретенного по настоящему Соглашению.

The Party that desires to terminate this Contract shall send a written notice to the other Party 15 (fifteen) calendar days prior to the expected date of Contract termination.   • Payments Not Received (a) Payments are due and payable on the date of issue indicated on the bill for collection.
