允许的许可证用途和限制. A. 本许可证允许阁下安装和使用Apple软件。Apple软件可用于复制材料,只要该等使用限于复制没有版权材料、阁下享有版权的材料或授权阁下或合法允许阁下复制的材料。阁下不得在网路上提供Apple软件,以致Apple软件在同一时间供多台计算机使用。阁下只可为备份而以机器可读形式复制一份Apple软件;但该备份副本必须列明原件上所载的一切著作权或其它所有权的通知。除本许可证或适用法律明示允许之外,阁下不得复制、反编译、反向工程、拆装、修改Apple软件或其任何部分或制造其衍生作品。Apple软件并非为用于操作核子设施、飞机导航或通信系统、空中交通管制系统、生命维持机器或其它设备而设计,以致Apple软件的失灵会导致死亡、人身伤害或严重的物质或环境损害。

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Feeder The fiber optic cable (lit or unlit) or metallic portion of a Loop between a serving End Office and a remote terminal or feeder/distribution interface.

  • Data Backup The Services do not replace the need for Customer to maintain regular data backups or redundant data archives. PROVIDER HAS NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, CORRUPTION OR RECOVERY OF CUSTOMER DATA.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.

  • Superannuation The subject of superannuation is dealt with extensively by legislation including the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992, the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and the Superannuation (Resolution of Complaints) Act 1993. This legislation, as varied from time to time, will govern the superannuation rights and obligations of the parties.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Fund Data 8.1. The Fund (i) will provide or ensure that other Persons provide all Fund Data to DST in an electronic format that is acceptable to DST (or as otherwise agreed in writing) and (ii) confirm that each has the right to so share such Fund Data. As between DST and the Fund, all Fund Data shall remain the property of the applicable Fund. Fund Data shall not be used or disclosed by DST other than in connection with providing the Services and as permitted under Section 11. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DST shall be permitted to act upon instructions from an Authorized Person with respect to the disclosure or disposition of Fund Data but may refuse to act upon such instructions where it doubts, reasonably and in good faith, the authenticity or authority of such instructions.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Aim This Agreement is aimed at improving the conditions under which maritime cargo transport operations are carried out to and from China, to and from the Community, as well as to and from the Community and China on the one hand and third countries on the other, for the benefit of economic operators of the Parties.   • Information Exchange As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall exchange information regarding the design and compatibility of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities and compatibility of the Interconnection Facilities with the Participating TO’s Transmission System, and shall work diligently and in good faith to make any necessary design changes.
