YEAR ROUND EDUCATION. 19.1 CSEA agrees that single and multi-track, year round calendars may be initiated throughout the MCOE service regions. After a site has been designated by a district or MCOE as a year round site, the work year shall become effective on July 1 of the year round schedule, or as mutually agreed.
