Xxxxxxx Implementation. Contractor agrees that if the project is not operational within 60 days of the original starting date of the grant period, it will report in writing to the DCJS Office of Program Development and Funding (OPDF) the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for delay, and the expected starting date. If the project is not operational within 90 days of the original starting date of the grant period, the Contractor will submit a second written report to OPDF explaining the delay. The State may either cancel the project and redistribute the funds or extend the implementation date of the project beyond the 90-day period when warranted by extenuating circumstances.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • XXXXXXX XXXX MAINTENANCE Purchaser shall maintain all roads used under this contract in accordance with the FOREST ACCESS ROAD MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS for the entire term of this contract. Maintenance is required even during periods of inactivity.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.
