Access Rights for implementation. Access Rights to Results and Background Needed for the performance of the own work of a Party under the Project shall be granted on a royalty-free basis, unless otherwise agreed for Background in Attachment 1.
Access Rights for implementation. 1. Access rights to foreground shall be granted to the other beneficiaries, if it is needed to enable those beneficiaries to carry out their own work under the project. Such access rights shall be granted on a royalty-free basis.

Access Rights to Results and Background made available for Access Rights in accordance with Section 9.1.1 or 9.1.2, and Needed for the implementation of the Action are hereby requested (in accordance with the requirements of the GA), and shall be deemed granted, as of the date of the GA entering into force, on a royalty-free basis to and by all Parties, and shall either terminate automatically upon completion of the Action or upon termination of a Party’s participation in accordance with Section 9 9.2 of this PCA.

Access Rights to Foreground, Sideground and Background Needed for the performance of the own work of a FIRE User under the Project shall be granted on a royalty-free basis. In such case, the FIRE User will provide a written request to the Party concerned describing in detail the Foreground, Sideground and Background Needed and the granting of such Access Rights is conditional upon the execution of a written agreement ensuring that these Access Rights will be used only by the FIRE User for the intended purpose and that appropriate confidentiality obligations are in place.
Access Rights for implementation. The Participants to the present CRP shall be granted a non-exclusive royalty-free Access Rights to the Results of the other Participants if needed to perform their part of the work under the CRP. The Participants of the present Collaborative Research Project shall be granted Access Rights to the Background of the other Participants if needed to perform their part of the work in the Project but subject always to any Restrictions on the freedom to operate. Such Access Rights shall be granted on a non-exclusive royalty-free basis, unless otherwise agreed by the Participants.
