Xxxxxx Managers. Xxxxxx shall be entitled to designate two (2) Managers (the “Xxxxxx Managers”), one of whom shall be the Chairman of the Board and the other of whom shall be the person occupying the position of CFO (in each case, unless otherwise decided by Xxxxxx). Xxxxxx Managers shall be selected from among the individuals listed on Schedule III hereto or as otherwise notified by Xxxxxx; provided that such individual shall be an employee, officer, director, shareholder, member or manager of Xxxxxx or one of its Affiliates.

Xxxxxx Managers. At any time and for any reason, Xxxxxx shall have the right to remove any Manager then serving as a Xxxxxx Manager. Upon the resignation, retirement, removal or death of any Xxxxxx Manager, Xxxxxx shall have the right to immediately appoint a replacement Xxxxxx Manager, as contemplated under Section 4.2(a) above.

  • Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement.   • Xxxxxxxx Custodians The Custodian of your IRA must be a bank, savings and loan association, credit union, or a person or entity approved by the Secretary of the Treasury.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

  • Account Manager A designated Account Manager for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Billing Contact A designated Billing Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Billing Contact will become the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Authorized User for matters related to invoicing, billing and payment. Emergency Contact Not a complete sentence. A designated Emergency Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Emergency Contact will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency procurements.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action.   • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
