Common use of Xxxxx’s leave Clause in Contracts

Xxxxx’s leave. 33.2.1. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to either members of their immediate family or members of their household who need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any sick leave entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill or require care due to an unexpected emergency. The entitlements of casual employees in relation to Xxxxx’s Leave are set out in clause 11.5.5

Xxxxx’s leave. 33.2.1. 29.2.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to either members of their immediate family or members of their household who need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any sick leave entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill or require care due to an unexpected emergency. The entitlements of casual employees in relation to Xxxxx’s Leave are set out in clause 11.5.510.5.4.

Xxxxx’s leave. 33.2.131.5.1. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to either members of their immediate family or members of their household who need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any sick leave entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill or require who requires care due to an unexpected emergency. The entitlements of casual employees in relation to Xxxxx’s Leave are set out in clause 11.5.511.3.4.

Xxxxx’s leave. 33.2.128.5.1. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to either members of their immediate family or members of their household who need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-sub- clause, any sick leave entitlement which accrues after the date of this order for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill or require who requires care due to an unexpected emergency. The entitlements of casual employees in relation to Xxxxx’s Leave are set out in clause 11.5.58.3.4.

Xxxxx’s leave. 33.2.1. 16.11.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to either members of their immediate family or members of their household who need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any sick leave entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill or require care due to an unexpected emergencyemergency (refer clause 16.8). The entitlements of casual employees in relation to Xxxxx’s Xxxxx‘s Leave are set out in clause 11.5.516.13.
