The Board shall provide a certificate to each operator and fleet technician indicating that he attended the safety meeting providing the operator/fleet technician remains at the meeting to the end.

Upon showing proof of attendance, an employee shall be paid their regular hourly rate of pay plus mileage. An employee shall not be permitted to drive unless he/she has attended the meeting. The Board shall provide a certificate to each driver indicating that he/she has attended the safety meeting.
