Working Hours and Span of Hours. 15.1. Ordinary Working Hours Employees shall work an average of 36.25 hours ordinary hours per week or 7.25 hours per day to be worked Monday to Friday (inclusive) between the hours of 5:00am and 8:00pm, except, where Council notifies an Employee that the Employee is to work their ordinary hours of duty in accordance with the Award. By mutual agreement, ordinary hours of work may be worked on any five (5) in seven (7) days as per the Award provisions.
