To one employee appointed by the Union as Union representative to attend Joint Labour/Management Committee meetings during her working hours and to any other employee(s) invited by the Parties to attend such meeting(s). To one employee representative of the Union on the Bargaining Committee to carry on negotiations with the Employer.
