Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Borrower and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.
Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Guarantor and the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Guarantor shall cause ANME to carry out its assistance to the Borrower for the implementation of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Administrator and Recipient shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall carry out Parts A and C of the Project and shall ensure that PMF carries out Part B of the Project in accordance with the Operational Manual, which shall include, inter alia, key terms and conditions, sample instruments and procedures required for the execution and coordination of the Project, including procurement and financial management procedures, and the Environmental Management Plan, and shall not amend, suspend, abrogate, repeal or waive the Operational Manual without prior approval of the Administrator.
Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Bank and the ADDY shall otherwise agree, the Azerbaijan Railways shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.
Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Financing Arrangement, the Program Implementation Manual, the EMP, the VCDP, and Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section. 9.01 (a) of the General Conditions, the Borrower shall promptly furnish to the Bank such information relating to the provisions of Article II of this Agreement as the Bank may, from time to time, reasonably request.
