Parts A. 3. and C.3. of the Project shall be implemented by GEPE. In discharging its responsibilities GEPE shall: (i) coordinate with the Reparticao, the provincial education directorates and, in the provinces of Maputo and Nampula, by existing maintenance units (GATECEs) and in the province of Sofala, the school maintenance unit established by the Borrower in accor- dance with the provisions of Section 3.03 (a) of this Agreement; and
Parts A. 4 and C and Part B of the Project will be carried out, respectively, by the Guarantor and the Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Tunisiens (SNCFT) with the Bank’s assistance and, as part of such assistance, the Bank has agreed to make available a Loan (the Republic of Tunisia Loan) to the Guarantor in an amount equal to two hundred twenty-two million five hundred thousand French Francs (FRF222,500,000) to assist in financing part of the cost of Parts B and C of the Project on the terms and conditions set forth in a loan agreement of even date herewith (the Republic of Tunisia Loan Agreement, as further defined in Section 1.02 (d) of this Agreement) and in the Project Agreement of even date herewith between the Bank and SNCFT; and
Parts A. 1 and C by the Project Implementing Entity, in its role as a beneficiary;
Parts A. 4 (a) and A.6 of the Project will be carried out by Xxxx Xxxxxx d.d. (LR), with the Borrower’s assistance and, as part of such assistance, the Borrower will make part of the proceeds of the loan provided for in Article II of this Agreement (the Loan) available to LR, as set forth in this Agreement; and
Parts A. 1 and A.4 of the Project shall be carried out by the Borrower through the Project Implementation Agencies and, to that end, the Borrower shall, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its other obligations under this Agreement, cause the Project Implementation Agencies to perform, in accordance with the provisions of the PIP and Conventions, all the obligations of the Project Implementation Agencies therein set forth, take and cause to be taken all action, including the provision of funds, facilities, services and other resources, necessary or appropriate to enable the Project Implementation Agencies to perform such obligations; and shall not take or cause to be taken any action which would prevent or interfere with such performance of the Project Implementation Agencies.
Parts A. 4 (a) and A.6 of the Project will be carried out by Luka Rijeka d.d. (LR),(as hereinafter defined) with the Borrower’s assistance and, as part of such assistance, the Borrower will make part of the proceeds of the loan provided for in Article II of this Agreement (the Loan) available to LR, as set forth in this Agreement; and

  • Accessories, Spare Parts and Tools Accessories, spare parts and tools dispatched with a piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle, which are part of the normal equipment and included in the price thereof or which are not separately invoiced, shall be regarded as one with the piece of equipment, machine, apparatus or vehicle in question.

  • Replacement Parts Warranty If during the regular or extended warranty period’s faults develop, the Contractor shall promptly repair or, upon demand, replace the defective unit or component part affected. All costs for labor and material and transportation incurred to repair or replace defective Product during the warranty period shall be borne solely by the Contractor, and the State or Authorized User shall in no event be liable or responsible therefor. Any part of component replaced by the Contractor under the Contract warranty shall be replaced at no cost to the Authorized User and guaranteed for the greater of: a) the warranty period under paragraph (d) above; or b) if a separate warranty for that part or component is generally offered by the manufacturer, the standard commercial warranty period offered by the manufacturer for the individual part or component.

  • REPAIRED OR REPLACED PARTS / COMPONENTS Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including Warranties, as set forth in the Additional Warranties Clause herein. Replaced or repaired Product or parts and components of such Product shall be new and shall, if available, be replaced by the original manufacturer’s component or part. Remanufactured parts or components meeting new Product standards may be permitted by the Commissioner or Authorized User. Before installation, all proposed substitutes for the original manufacturer’s installed parts or components must be approved by the Authorized User. The part or component shall be equal to or of better quality than the original part or component being replaced.

  • Spare Parts 14.1 As specified, the supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following materials, notifications, and information pertaining to spare parts manufactured or distributed by the supplier:

  • Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a Qwest End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. CLEC traffic will be offered first to the direct trunk group (also referred to as the "primary high" route) and then overflow to the Tandem Switch group (also referred to as the "alternate final" route) for completion to Qwest End Office Switches.

  • Removal of parts The Borrower shall not remove any material part of the Ship, or any item of equipment installed on the Ship, unless the part or item so removed is forthwith replaced by a suitable part or item which is in the same condition as or better condition than the part or item removed, is free from any Security Interest or any right in favour of any person other than the Lender and becomes on installation on the Ship the property of the Borrower and subject to the security constituted by the Mortgage Provided that the Borrower may install equipment owned by a third party if the equipment can be removed without any risk of damage to the Ship.
