Winter PPE. The Company will provide 1 winter safety jacket and 1 pair of winter safety pants to each employee every 3 calendar years effective January 1st, 2021. Mobile Mechanical group will be eligible for 1 winter safety jacket and 1 pair of winter safety pants every calendar year. The program will be developed by the Company.
