Common use of Weekend Premiums Clause in Contracts

Weekend Premiums. An employee shall receive a premium in addition to the regular rate of pay for all hours worked between 12:01 am Saturday and 7:00 am Monday. Effective October 31, 2011 the premium rate shall become $1.75/hr. and on March 31, 2015 the rate shall be $1.85/hr. Employees shall continue to receive the hourly weekend premium rate they received prior to the effective date of this Agreement, subject to the following increases:

Weekend Premiums. Effective September 1st, 2017-An employee shall receive be paid a Weekend premium in addition to the regular rate of pay one dollar ($1.00) per hour, for all hours each hour worked between 12:01 am Saturday the hours of 2300 Friday and 7:00 am 0700 hours Monday. Effective October 31September 1st, 2011 the premium rate shall become $1.75/hr. and on March 31, 2015 the rate 2018-An employee shall be paid a Weekend premium of one dollar and twenty- five cents ($1.85/hr. Employees shall continue to receive 1.25) per hour, for each hour worked between the hourly weekend premium rate they received prior to the effective date hours of this Agreement, subject to the following increases:2300 Friday and 0700 hours Monday.
