Common use of Waste Clause in Contracts

Waste. LESSEE shall be responsible for any damage that may be caused to LESSOR'S property by the activities of LESSEE, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees under this Lease Agreement, and shall exercise reasonable care in the protection of all improvements, timber and other property of LESSOR which may be located on the Leased Premises or in the vicinity whereon, against fire or damage from any and all other causes. LESSEE, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees shall exercise reasonable care in conducting the activities permitted under this Lease Agreement, and shall not, in any event, commit waste or allow waste to be committed.

Waste. LESSEE, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees shall exercise reasonable care in conducting the activities permitted under this Lease Agreement, and shall not, in any event, commit waste or allow waste to be committed.
