Warranty of Customer. In the event of legal claims of third parties or authorities based on data, content, or the resources provided by Cus- tomer (in particular, software licences), Customer shall indemnify Swisscom, ensure an appropriate defence against such claims, and cover the costs of such defence. Should Swisscom have well-founded doubts as to the lawfulness of a planned or actual use of the services pro- vided by Swisscom, including the systems operated or supplied by it, then Swisscom may suspend the affected service or take other suitable measures without owing R compensation, even if this conflicts with Swisscom’s duty of performance under the individual contracts. In this event, Swisscom shall inform Customer immediately.
