Software Licences definition

Software Licences means, at any time, all licences granted to the Owner in respect of the Operational Software.
Software Licences means any licence or other permission relating to the use of Third Party Software;

More Definitions of Software Licences

Software Licences means the licences granted by software platform providers to enable and support the delivery of the Specification by the Provider; and
Software Licences means the third party licence terms in respect of the Software;

Software Licences means any and all licences to a Group Company of Computer Software other than licences of standard package software: (a) operating in its standard configuration; (b) readily available on standard terms and conditions; and (c) not subject to termination on change of control or otherwise or the payment of renewal fees;
