VPH Roadmaps Sample Clauses

VPH Roadmaps. Based on the inputs of the research community that will be federated by VPH Gateway activities, the VPH XxX will organise brainstorming sessions through either electronic means or physical meetings, and set up reflection groups to identify the future research challenges ahead in the VPH vision. In particular, this task will identify the scientific bottlenecks and define strategic VPH research orientations. Together with annual progress updates provided by the project office, and in collaboration with the Scientific, Clinical and Industrial Advisory Boards, this work will combine to produce a roadmap, which will be updated annually before final publication at the end of the fourth year (M50). This roadmap will therefore be evolved collectively, documenting annual progress to date, future directions and challenges for the VPH XxX, including input from all VPH XxX participants. The editorial board (see below) will perform the final consolidation and integration based on various validated inputs and, on completion, it will be disseminated to leading VPH stakeholders (both within and outside core VPH XxX membership) and to the different institutions either financing or driving European research. The underlying work which contributes to the roadmap will also provide a basis for the detailed plan of activities for the subsequent year: review (by the Scientific, Clinical and Industrial Advisory Boards) and production of the annual VPH Roadmap ‘update’ will precede the annual VPH meeting at which the progress of the Network’s activities will be discussed, and future plans made. It follows, therefore, that the agenda for annual meetings will be based around the contents of this document.
