Common use of Voluntary Leave Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Leave. of Absence - When the requirements of the Company permit, an employee upon written request through his immediate supervisor may be granted a voluntary leave of absence without pay for a period exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days but not exceeding six (6) months. Time off requests for less than (14) consecutive calendar days will be handled in accordance with article 7.05.
