Visits to Contracted Area. During the term of this contract, the XXX, at its own risk, at any time, and following the procedures it might deem appropriate, shall be entitled to visit the Contracted Area in order to inspect and to follow up on the CONTRACTOR’s and the sub-Contractors’ activities related to this contract, and to ensure the compliance hereof. Likewise, it shall be entitled to verify information received. Whenever the inspector might detect failures or irregularities committed by the CONTRACTOR, the inspector shall be entitled to make remarks, which shall be responded by the CONTRACTOR in writing within a term specified by the XXX. The CONTRACTOR, at its expense, shall place, at the ANH’s representative disposal, transportation, lodging, living expenses, and other services in equal conditions to those furnished to its own personnel, in case it might be necessary.

Visits to Contracted Area. During term of this contract, XXX, at his own risk, at any time and by the adequate procedures, shall be able to visit the Contracted Area to inspect and follow up THE CONTRACTOR’s or subcontractor’s activities, directly related to this contract, and to ensure of this contract compliance. Likewise, he shall be able to verify the accuracy of received information. When inspector detects any failure or irregularity made by THE CONTRACTOR, he shall state his comments which shall be answered by THE CONTRACTOR by writing and within the term set by XXX. THE CONTRACTOR at his own risk shall provide to ANH’s representative transport, lodging and meals services and any other in conditions equal to the ones provided to his own personnel, if needed.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Parties to Contract Any contract of the character described in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 of this Article IV or in Article VII hereof may be entered into with any Person, although one or more of the Trustees, officers or employees of the Trust may be an officer, director, trustee, shareholder, or member of such other party to the contract, and no such contract shall be invalidated or rendered voidable by reason of the existence of any such relationship, nor shall any Person holding such relationship be liable merely by reason of such relationship for any loss or expense to the Trust under or by reason of said contract or accountable for any profit realized directly or indirectly therefrom, provided that the contract when entered into was reasonable and fair and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Article IV or the By-Laws. The same Person may be the other party to contracts entered into pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 4.2 above or Article VII, and any individual may be financially interested or otherwise affiliated with Persons who are parties to any or all of the contracts mentioned in this Section 4.3.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Normal Commercial Relations Anything contained in this Trust Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, any Participant or any bank or other Affiliate of such Participant may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Lessee, fully to the same extent as if this Trust Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Lessee for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.

  • Freedom to Contract The Executive represents that he is free to enter into this Agreement and carry out his obligations hereunder without any conflict with any prior agreements, and that he has not made and will not make any agreement in conflict with this Agreement.
