Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Trust Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, any Participant or any bank or other Affiliate of such Participant may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Lessee, fully to the same extent as if this Trust Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Lessee for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Loan Trustee, any Noteholder or any other party to any of the Operative Documents or the Pass Through Documents or any of their affiliates may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Trust Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding. Owner and Mortgagee may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Owner, fully to the same extent as if this Trust Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Owner for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee, the Owner Participant, any Note Holder or any bank or other Affiliate of any of them may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Lessee for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee and any Certificateholder, or any bank or other Affiliate of any such party, may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Company, the Parent and any of their Affiliates fully to the same extent as if this Agreement were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Company, the Parent and any of their Affiliates for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Normal Commercial Relations. Anything in this Mortgage to the contrary notwithstanding, Security Agent may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with Borrower or any Affiliate of Borrower, fully to the same extent as if this Mortgage were not in effect, including the making of loans or other extensions of credit to Borrower for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Normal Commercial Relations. Notwithstanding anything --------------------------- contained in this Indenture to the contrary, any of the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trust, the Managing Trustee, the Delaware Trustee or any bank or other affiliate of any such Person may conduct any banking or other financial transactions and have banking or other commercial relationships with the Charterer, fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect.
Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this Aircraft Security Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee, any other Secured Party or any of their affiliates may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Grantor, fully to the same extent as if this Aircraft Security Agreement were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Grantor for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
Normal Commercial Relations. Anything contained in this --------------------------- Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, the Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee and any Holder, or any bank or other affiliate of any such party, may conduct any banking or other financial transactions, and have banking or other commercial relationships, with the Lessee fully to the same extent as if this Indenture were not in effect, including without limitation the making of loans or other extensions of credit to the Lessee for any purpose whatsoever, whether related to any of the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise.
