Violence in the Workplace. L - 1 (a) Definition of Violence The Employer agrees that no form of verbal, physical, sexual, racial or other abuse which may cause physical or psychological injury or that gives a person reason to believe that she/he or another person is at risk of physical and or psychological injury will be condoned in the workplace.
