JOINT AND SURVIVOR ANNUITY REQUIREMENTS. All distributions made under the terms of this Plan must comply with the provisions of Article VIII including, if applicable, the safe harbor provisions thereunder.
JOINT AND SURVIVOR ANNUITY REQUIREMENTS. A. The provisions of this Section shall apply to any Participant who is credited with at least one Hour of Eligibility Service with the Employer on or after August 23, 1984, and such other Participants as provided in Section 6.05(G).
