Vehicle Road Impact Fee. Beginning on October 1, 2021 Contractor shall pay the City a Vehicle Road Impact Fee of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per Agreement Year paid in equal monthly payments due on the 15th of each month. The Vehicle Impact Fee provides a portion of the revenue needed to cover the City’s reasonable cost to maintain public roads due to the impacts from the normal operations of the Contractor’s vehicles. Beginning July 1, 2022, and thereafter, the Vehicle Road Impact Fee shall be increased by the same amount as an increase is the CPI-U in accordance with Section 4.07.1.

  • CONTRACT FEE An annual charge for administration expenses made on each contract anniversary prior to the Maturity Date.

  • Up-Front Fee The Borrowers shall pay to the Agent an up-front fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.

  • Property Management Fee For its services in managing the day-to-day operations of the Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Company shall pay to Property Manager an annual property management fee (the “Property Management Fee”) equal to 4.0% of the Gross Revenue (as hereinafter defined). For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Gross Revenue” shall mean all gross collections from the operations of the Property, including, without limitation, rental receipts, late fees, application fees, pet fees, damages, lease buy-out payments, reimbursements by Tenants for common area expenses, operating expenses and taxes and similar pass-through obligations paid by Tenants, but shall expressly exclude (i) security deposits received from Tenants and interest accrued thereon for the benefit of the Tenants until such deposits or interest are included in the taxable income of the Company; (ii) advance rents (but not lease buy-out payments) until the month in which payments are to apply as rental income; (iii) reimbursements by Tenants for work done for a particular Tenant; (iv) proceeds from the sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the Property; (v) insurance proceeds received by the Company as a result of any insured loss (except proceeds from rent insurance or the excess of insurance proceeds for repairs over the actual costs of such repairs); (vi) condemnation proceeds not attributable to rent; (vii) capital contributions made by the Company; (viii) proceeds from capital, financing and any other transactions not in the ordinary course of the operation of the Property; (ix) income derived from interest on investments or otherwise; (x) abatement of taxes, awards arising out of takings by eminent domain and discounts and dividends on insurance policies; and (xi) rental concessions not paid by third parties.

  • Processing Fee Borrower shall pay Lender a processing fee of $100,000, $25,000 of which has previously been paid to Lender and $75,000 of which shall be paid on the date the Loan is funded.

  • Vehicle Allowance (a) Vehicle allowance for all kilometres travelled on the Employer’s business shall be paid to employees who are required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and Eighty Cents ($7,997.80). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee"). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises.

  • Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation. Each such employee is also responsible for reporting any malfunction of equipment, mechanical defect, and any accident involving the vehicle.
