Construction Management Fee definition

Construction Management Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitation on a Property.

  • Tenant shall pay the Construction Management Fee to Landlord within 30 days after Landlord sends an invoice therefor to Tenant; provided, however, at any time on or after the date Landlord approves the Plans, Landlord shall have the right to deduct all or a portion of Construction Management Fee from the Improvement Allowance.

  • Tenant agrees to pay Construction Management Fee to Landlord as compensation for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s management services in protecting Landlord’s interest in the Building.

More Definitions of Construction Management Fee

Construction Management Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Construction Management Fee means a fee in the amount of 2% of the Construction Costs. Landlord may deduct all or a portion of Construction Management Fee from the Improvement Allowance, and/or invoice Tenant therefor if the entirety of the Improvement Allowance has been expended, payable to Landlord within 30 days after the date of such invoice.
