Variation of GST. ‌ If the GST payable in relation to a supply made under or in connection with this agreement varies from the additional amount paid by the Recipient under clause 23.3 such that:

Variation of GST. If the GST Amount recovered by the Supplier from the Recipient under clause 19.3(a) for a supply differs for any reason from the amount of GST paid or payable by the Supplier on that supply, then the Recipient must pay to the Supplier on demand (or the Supplier credit the Recipient with) the amount of that difference. If any adjustment event occurs in relation to a supply, the Supplier must give the Recipient an Adjustment Note within 14 days after the date of the adjustment event.
Variation of GST. If the GST payable in relation to a supply made under or in connection with this deed varies from the GST Amount paid by the Recipient under clause 14.4, then the Supplier will provide a corresponding refund or credit to, or will be entitled to receive the amount of that variation from, the Recipient. Any payment, credit or refund under this clause 14.5 is deemed to be a payment, credit or refund of the GST Amount payable under clause 14.4. Where there is an adjustment event, the Supplier must issue an adjustment note to the Recipient as soon as the Supplier becomes aware of the adjustment event.
Variation of GST. If the GST payable in relation to a supply made under or in connection with this Deed varies from the additional amount paid by the Recipient under clause 13.3 such that a further amount of GST is payable in relation to the supply or a refund or credit of GST is obtained in relation to the supply, then the Supplier will provide a corresponding refund or credit to, or will be entitled to receive the amount of that variation from, the Recipient. Any payment, credit or refund under this clause 13.5 is deemed to be a payment, credit or refund of the additional amount payable under clause 13.3. The Supplier must provide the Recipient with a tax invoice or adjustment note as may be required in accordance with the GST law.
