Variations Without limiting anything else in this Agreement, any variations to this Agreement will be considered by ARENA in accordance with the ARENA Variation Policy.
Variations will normally be aligned with the end of the calendar year, issued before 1st December in any year and come into effect on 1st January in the following year.
