Variations definition

Variations means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) DA Scheduled Energy; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval. [For Baseload Product only]
Variations these terms and conditions, the Conditions of Award (if applicable) and the fees list are subject to change from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in custom and practice at the School.

  • Variations Without limiting anything else in this Agreement, any variations to this Agreement will be considered by ARENA in accordance with the ARENA Variation Policy.
