Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies of the Company with regard to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar year.

The Executive shall be entitled to receive annual paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies Company’s vacation policy applicable to senior executives in the amount of the Company with regard to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar year., prorated for partial years. 2

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies of Employer’s vacation policy as the Company with regard same may be in effect from time to vacations of executivestime during the Term, but in no event shall such vacation time be less than four (4) weeks per calendar yearannually.
