Vacation Time for Transitioning Employees. 1. When presenting another agency a proposal for fire protection services, the Authority may offer the agency the opportunity to purchase up to forty (40) hours for staff or fifty-six (56) hours for shift employees of vacation for each employee transitioning to the Authority.
