Vacation Payout Upon Termination or Retirement. Where the employment of an employee ceases, the Employer shall pay the employee his/her unused vacation pay entitlement as set out in Sections 7 (b) or 7 (c) and include such monies on the employee's last pay. This clause does not apply where an employee resigns his/her employment without providing two (2) weeks' notice to the Employer. In these circumstances, the employee will receive vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
