Vacation Accrual Pay Upon Separation of Employment. Any employee separating from WSCC service who has not taken their earned vacation, if any, shall receive the hourly equivalent of their salary for each hour of earned vacation based upon the rate of pay in effect for such employee on the last day they actually worked. No vacation time will be paid for employees who are terminated or quit before they have completed one (1) year of continuous employment. No vacation time will be paid for employees who do not give fourteen (14) days notice of resignation. When separation is caused by death of an employee, payment shall be made to the estate of such employee, or in applicable cases, as provided by state law.
