USE OF MY LIKENESS. I understand that during the Activity I may be photographed or videotaped. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I waive all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval that I have for any such likeness of me or use of my name in connection with such likeness, and I grant to REI and its assigns permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness of me, whether in whole or part, in any form, without restrictions, and for any purpose.
USE OF MY LIKENESS. I understand that during the Program, I may be photographed or videotaped. I hereby grant HVSS / Paladin the irrevocable righto use, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display, in any form now known or later developed, my image or visual likeness, my name and/or personal information and/or my voice (the “Personal Information”), throughout the world, in any form of media now known or hereafter developed (the “Works”). I waive any right to inspect or to approve any Works that may be created using the Personal Information and waive any claim with respect to the eventual use to which the Personal Information may be applied. The Personal Information may be used at HVSS / Paladin’s, with or without my name or with a fictitious name, and with fictitious or accurate biographical material, alone or in conjunction with any other material of any kind or nature except that such parties will not use the Personal Information for any criminal or illegal purposes or in a manner inconsistent with community

USE OF MY LIKENESS. I understand that during the Activity my child may be photographed or videotaped. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I waive all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval that I have for any such likeness of me or use of my name in connection with such likeness, and I grant to APS and its assigns permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness of my child, whether in whole or part, in any form, without restrictions, and for any purpose.
USE OF MY LIKENESS. I understand that during the Activity I may be photographed or videotaped. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I waive all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval that I have for any such likeness of me or use of my name in connection with such likeness, and I grant to Extreme Water Sports of Orlando and its assigns permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness of me, whether in whole or part, in any form, without restrictions, and for any purpose.
USE OF MY LIKENESS. I understand that during the Activity or use of any other SLIDEWATERS or LAKESIDE SURF facilities or attractions I may be photographed or video taped. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I waive all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval that I have for any such likeness of me or use of my name in connection with such likeness, and I grant to SLIDEWATERS and its assigns permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness of me, whether in whole or part, in any form, without restrictions, and for any purpose. _
USE OF MY LIKENESS. I understand that during the Activity I may be photographed or videotaped. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I waive all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval that I have for any such likeness of me or use of my name in connection with such likeness, and I grant to SCA and its assigns permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness of me, whether in whole or part, in any form, without restrictions, and for any purpose.
USE OF MY LIKENESS. I hereby grant to the Foundation and its agents (including without limitation employees, contractors, successors, and assigns), the irrevocable right and license to use my likeness as photographed and/or videotaped during participation in any activity and to use or authorize the use of such images or any portion thereof in any manner or media at any time, and to use my name and likeness, without compensation to me.
USE OF MY LIKENESS. I understand that The Guide or The Guide’s Employees reserve the right to take photographic or film (of whatsoever nature) records of any or all of the activities conducted on its trips and I hereby agree that The Guide or The Guide’s Employees may use such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration to me. I hereby assign all right, title and interest I may have in or to any and all media in which my name or likeness might be used by The Guide or The Guide’s Employees.
USE OF MY LIKENESS. I irrevocably grant IC Imagine the right to photograph and/or videotape me and to use my name, face, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising, and promotional materials without reservation or limitation. I acknowledge that IC Imagine will own such images and I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the image by IC Imagine prior to its use. I understand and agree that I shall receive no compensation for the use of my image. I forever release and hold IC Imagine harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.
